Weekend Bets From The Gambling Goosecast

It's been a couple of weeks since I posted about gambling. I took a couple of weeks off to cleanse my palate from the recent bad beats I've had. Well now I'm back and juiced up to the gills with money making bets for the weekend. Let's get it started!

Friday: Toronto Raptors @ Golden State Warriors

This has been an interesting series because of Drake and his antics. The Warriors were without Durant and Thompson in game 3 and it showed. They lost at home 123-109. The Raptors definitely have the momentum in this series. The warriors will not lose 2 in a row at home however. Put it in the books, Warriors will put on a show.

Golden State Warriors -5

Saturday: UFC 238

Marlon Moraes vs Henry Cejudo

This fight is for the vacant bantamweight championship, because of TJ Dillashaw pissing hot for EPO. Henry Cejudo is moving up from Flyweight to become a two belt holder. Cejudo is a very good fighter, but loves to tell you how good he is. We get it Henry, you're an Olympic Gold Medalist in wrestling. He facing Marlon Moraes, a very dangerous man with great knockout power. Finishing his 2 of his last 3 opponents by 1st round knockout. I think the takedown defense of Moraes will keep the fight standing, and Marlon's size and power will be the reason for his victory. Put it in the books!

Marlon Moraes -125

Saturday: Gennady "GGG" Golovkin vs Steve Rolls

upload.jpgupload.jpg

Gennady hasn't fought since September of last year, where he lost a controversial decision to Canelo Alvarez. Triple G is has crazy knockout power for his size, and his record shows. He's 38-1-1 with 34 knockouts. The Man hits hard! Steve Rolls is relatively unknown. His record is 18-0 with 10 KO's, but he's 35. Which means he got a late start in his professional boxing career. Everyone knows that Gennady will win this fight, but the question is what round? My pick for this fight is that it will go over 5.5 rounds. I think Rolls will try to evade the inevitable knockout and last at least 7 rounds. Put it in the books!

Over 5.5 rounds: even odds

There you have it. Easy bets for the weekend. Put it in the books! Listen to the latest episode of the podcast for the rest of my UFC 238 picks!
